Why don't the Master Points show in the Admin Section when you can see them in the Results Summary?

When an event has been scored and you have checked and are happy with the results you take the 'Merge LMP' option under Master Point Administrator.

Select the event from the list given. This will make the Master Point awards available for viewing and also adds them to an area ready for the next upload to the EBU.
