Malcolm Pryor

I played a little bridge at school and while at university in Oxford but became really keen after university. While living in Surrey I was active in bridge administration, holding a number of roles on the Surrey Committee including Chairman and President, and was one of the EBU delegates. I also served on the EBU L&E Committee from 1995 to 2000. I now live in Suffolk and play most of my bridge with my wife Karen. We play a lot of tournaments both in the UK and overseas, and also run bridge on cruise ships.

In addition to the victories listed below, I was a winner of the Pachabo Cup in 2000, and the Spring Bank Holiday Congress Championship Pairs in 1997, and a finalist in the Schapiro Spring Foursomes in 1999.

Outside bridge I am a keen golfer (used to be 5 handicap, but no longer) and I have written several books, including the best-selling book on spread betting.
