I am 17 years old and studying for A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Economics. I was part of the England U20 team which won the 2014 Peggy Bayer.

I first learned to play both at home and at school about 4 years ago. I was soon hooked, and began to play fairly regularly at the Young Chelsea Bridge Club in London, as well as on BBO.

Since writing this biography Sam has played for England Under 21 team in the 2015 European Chmapionships, and has been a member of successful England teams in the Peggy Bayer and Channel Trophy competitions. He was the recipient of the 2015 Young Pair of the Year Award with Ben Norton.
