The Premier League

The Premier League has been reintroduced from autumn 2008 to select Open teams for representation for the 2009 Camrose Trophy, and other international events.

The League will be played over the weekends of 5th/7th September, 24th/26th October and 14th/16th November 2008, and at the conclusion of the third weekend the leading two English teams in Division 1 will be guaranteed a Camrose match, and the leading English team will represent England in the Champions Cup, from 2009 onwards.  The venues for the three weekends will be confirmed shortly.

2009 Camrose matches:

9th/11th January - Wales

6th/8th March - England

The bottom team in Division 1 will be relegated to division 2 for the 2009 season, and the top team in Division 2 promoted.
