The Seniors Congress

The EBU Summer Meeting Seniors Congress is now an official European Bridge League competition. This year the venue is again the 100-year-old Metropole Hotel, Brighton 's premier four-star deluxe hotel, now part of the Hilton chain.

Senior event players must have been born in or before 1951.

This is a Level 4 tournament although any system/convention permitted by equivalent European Bridge League regulations will also be allowed.

The Senior Pairs will start in the evening on the Monday and Session II will be on Tuesday afternoon, with the Final and Consolation Final on Tuesday evening.

Session I of the Senior Swiss Teams will be on Wednesday afternoon, with Session II on Thursday afternoon.
