The Portland Pairs is one of the few Mixed Pairs events held in England, and is a really enjoyable day's bridge.

It is a two-session tournament held at various venues. The event is match-pointed over the entire field using the ECatsBridge scoring system.

The Portland Pairs is a Level 4 event.

The starting times at all venues will be 1.00pm and 2 sessions of 24 boards will be played with a break between sessions. The second session will start at approximately 5.30pm, but this may vary by up to half an hour either way to allow for local circumstances.

Entry Fee :

The entry fee is £20 per player. Closing date for entries is 17th March 2008.
