Fee refunds, reductions and surcharges

If you have to withdraw your entry, we will refund your fees in full provided we received them before the closing date. If we received them later than that, there will be a 20% deduction (£10 maximum).

If you leave paying your entry fee until you arrive at the venue, there will be a surcharge of £2 per player.

If you sit down to play in an event for which you have not paid and where you did not notify us of your intention to play, there will be a surcharge of £5 per player.

All the fees quoted on the website or in the EBU Year Book are per player, except where otherwise stated. They include VAT at the current rate.
