This information below is for clubs wishing to host a course.
The course will run from mid afternoon on day 1 to late afternoon on day 2 - so it could be Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday - that would depend on the club. There is also no reason why it could not take place during the week.
The purpose of the course is to provide basic training for club members who are prepared to offer a teaching programme at the registered club.
Here is the following provisional programme:
Day 1
From 1530: Arrival and registration
1600: Start of course. Introductions
1630: Learning – How it happens & the barriers
1715 - 1800: How to be a good teacher
1800: Supper

The main event on day 2 afternoon is the practical teaching simulations - each course member must prepare and deliver a 10-15 minute teaching presentation using the techniques learnt and the Bridge for All materials. So in a way that determines how long day 2 goes on. With 12 people it will take something over 3 hours to get through everyone.
