The EBU Constitution

The EBU constitution now consists of:-

1. The Articles; and
2. The Bye Laws

The Bye Laws have two Appendices relating to disciplinary matters:-

Appendix A: The Disciplinary Rules; and
Appendix B: The provisions for County Appeals

There are two published version of the Bye Laws:

The full version containing both Appendices

The standard version which contains a brief summary of the Appendices

The Memorandum of Association is also available
