Please note the following changes to calendar information for 2008:

 

Saturday March 8 2008;

Manchester is now added to the list of one-day joint ventures

Sunday March 9 2008;

Merseyside is now added to the list of one-day joint ventures

March 28-30 2008;

the Cornwall Congress will be held on April 25-26 2008 at the Falmouth Beach Hotel

April 9-11 2008;

the BGB Simultaneous Pairs dates will now be April 8-10 (Tuesday-Thursday)

April 11-13 2008;

change the date of the Devon Congress to read April 18-20 2008.

April 25-27 2008;

the Cheltenham Congress will be held on May 2-4 2008.

Saturday May 10 2008;

"Manchester/Merseyside" is replaced by Merseyside only on the list of one-day joint ventures

Sunday May 11 2008;

Lancashire/Manchester are deleted from the list of one-day joint ventures (no replacement)

Saturday July 19 2008;

Manchester/Merseyside are deleted from the list of one-day joint ventures (no replacement)

Sunday July 20 2008:

"Lancashire/Manchester" is replaced by Manchester only on the list of one-day joint ventures

Sunday 29 - 31 August 2008

Junior Teach In - changed from 5 - 7 September

Members should note that Manchester and Merseyside one-day joint ventures are being relocated away from Risley, although the EBU Great Northern Swiss Pairs will continue at that venue. Moreover, the Lancashire CBA Autumn Congress will become green-pointed with effect from November 2008.

The Avon, Cornwall, Derbyshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey one-day events are actually held on this date and not on October 28th as stated in the calendar.
