Duncan Happer

 
Duncan Happer, now 21, comes from Loughborough, where he was both at school and university. He has had a lot of success in junior bridge – with Susan Stockdale he played in the winning Channel Trophy team in 2001, the victorious Peggy Bayer team in 2002, and the Under 20s team in the Junior Europeans in Torquay. He won the Under 25s Pairs Championship two year’s running with different partners – in 2002 with Leigh Chapman and in 2003 with Ben Green, with whom he is now playing in the squad. They have recently been selected for the 2004 European Youth Championships
