I am now 20 and have just completed my first year at Somerville Collge, Oxford, where I am reading Classics.
As to how I got interested in bridge, my parents played, and I started taking lessons at home in the holidays with a few friends from John Probst (who is an EBU Tournament Director) when I was 8 and got hooked. Then my mother and I started playing duplicate together when I was 11.
With regard to other interests, I am very keen on rowing (I row in the Somerville Women's 1st VIII) as well as swimming and cycling. I speak Italian and love to travel.
