Born in Taplow in Buckinghamshire, youngest of 3 brothers and a sister, I’m married to Giles and we have no children.  I live in Milton Keynes.

I have worked for the EBU for over 6 years, starting as Reception Administrator, becoming Office Manager. 

Do I play bridge? No, too busy at the moment but can play Minibridge.

What do I do at the EBU?  I manage the facilities of the office, making sure that things keep running. When you ring the main telephone number with a query, you will invariably get me! If I don’t know the answer I will pass you on to the man/woman that does……..

What do I do in my spare time?  I love to walk which is just as well because I have a German Shepherd Cross called Max he needs a lot of exercise, also I cycle (again that with the dog) play squash and tennis and when the season is right I like to ski.

I would like to be stranded on a desert island with Jack from Lost.  Why? You need to watch an episode to found out…..

If I came back as an animal it would be a hippo, no one messes with a hippo!

My dream holiday is a Safari, go and see the hippos.

If I wasn’t working for the EBU, I would like to be running a B&B in the Lake District.

What book am I reading?  Lee Child ‘the Enemy’’

My ideal night out/in would be with friends, eating and drinking.

Four famous people I would have to dinner; Sandra Bullock funny lady, Michael Schumacher (were they really just accidents?), Omar Sharif what a player…….and Billy Connelly.

Tell us something about you that no one else in the EBU would know? 

I’m a qualified chef.
