Ben Paske

benBen Paske 19, is from Herefordshire and currently a 1st year physics student at Edinburgh University. He started playing bridge aged 15 where he was taught to play at school.

Ben is the oldest of the Paske clan, which consists of 6 children and two parents, who all live together on a farm.

Since then he has represented England U20s in 2 channel trophies finishing 2nd both times and 1 Peggy Bayer which resulted in a win. In all these events he was partnering his younger brother Tom. He has also represented England U20s in a Carousel Cup, in which he partnered Ed Jones, the highlight of which was beating the England U25 team in the 1st round robin match and finishing as the best English pair (from either age group) on the butler. Outside of the junior game, he has represented his county, Herefordshire, in the Tollemache and western league.

Away from the bridge table, his main interests are rugby and cricket, playing pool and juggling but bridge alas, is the only thing he's any good at.
Ben's aim in life is to win enough bridge tournaments to be able to write a full and interesting biography.
