Partnerships launched on 13th August in Brighton
What a day – our Chairman, Denis Robson, was rushed off his feet on Wednesday 13th August 2003. Not only did he want to play bridge at the Brighton Congress but he also had to visit the Theatre Royal for a behind the scenes tour, drink champagne to launch our partnership with the Ambassador Theatre Group, taste some reds with ItsWine.com the provider of our new Wine Club and receive a sponsorship cheque from Baker Tilly, one of the country’s leading Accountants. It must be hell being a Chairman.

The partnership between the EBU and ATG entitles our members to special discounted prices at the groups 21 theatres. In addition we will jointly be staging a series of unique days out, allowing our members the opportunity to combining the loves of bridge and the theatre. We are currently planning the first of these days, in early December, in Milton Keynes with a seasonal blend Christmas Shopping, Bridge and the Moscow City Ballet.

In conjunction with ItsWine.com, we are delighted to announce the opening of the new EBU Wine Club, the club will operate as an on-line service offering a wide range of wines and gifts at discounted prices. If the queues at the Brighton wine tastings is anything to go on then this new membership service is destined to succeed.
