May has been extremely active and worked hard for Sussex bridge for over 30 years at all levels.  She has brought many newcomers to clubs in the county through her tutoring activities and is ever ready to offer a friendly and welcoming face to new members.

A founder member of the West Sussex Bridge Club she has filled the posts of Master Points Secretary, Chief Tournament Director and Secretary of the club, and is a regular director of club session and competitions.
