If you want advice on a ruling, or to get help with a ruling; telephone one of the EBU's principal Tournament Directors from the following list.

Please note that it may not be possible to give a definite ruling over the phone, particularly in a judgement case (such as a hesitation problem), unless you have all the facts available. Just hearing from one side makes that particularly difficult.

Note also that this service should not be used to challenge a ruling already given by another TD. If you are unhappy with a TD's rulings, the local appeals process should be used.
