Unlike earlier White books, there is no intention of publishing this book in hardback. Anyone who is unable to download a copy, or find someone to download a copy for them, can contact John Pain, L&EC Secretary to see if anything can be done.

The Laws & Ethics Committee has published this White Book to take note of changes caused by the revised code of bridge laws - The Laws of Duplicate Bridge 2007. Click here for the 2007 English edition.

While the White book is only official for events run by the EBU, it is hoped that a far wider audience will find it useful. In general it contains material of interest to Tournament Directors and Appeals Committee members, although everyone who is interested is encouraged to download their own copy.

It does include the EBU interpretation of WBF Laws Committee minutes that apply to particular laws, also parts of a document produced by the WBF Laws Committee Chairman produced around the time of the new Laws.
