Prerequisites

You should have access to a copy of The Laws of Duplicate Contract Bridge 1997 and a copy of the Handbook of EBU Directives and Conventions (the ‘Orange Book’). A new edition of the ‘White Book’ – the EBU TD guide should be available by the end of 2003. You can obtain copies of the Laws and the Orange Book here.

Not essential, but if you are interested in that sort of thing is The EBU book of Duplicate Bridge Movements edited by John Manning. This is available from the EBU shop at £11.
