Work on this brand new development is continuing hard in the background. We are currently running through backed up club and EBU events bringing playersÂ’ grades up to date. The initial grade will be calculated only on pairs events. It is likely that team events will be used at a later date.
It is likely that publication of these grades will be available sometime during the first quarter of 2012. The reason for the delay is that we have to make some changes and additions to our web site so that members can view their grades and, just as importantly, members who want to keep their grades private, will be able to do so!
We will also be publishing some details of how it all works.
