Some clubs and members have contacted us to ask about when Universal Membership Rebates will be processed. Please remember that these are based on sessions played in the financial year – not the calendar year – so will be processed once all sessions for 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2016 have been received. They will therefore be credited to members’ accounts in May.
Members with credits will be notified be email, where an email address is available. This is a further reason to check that we have the email addresses of all members of your club.
Members who have played in 2015-16 more than 150 sessions for which a Universal Membership fee was paid will receive a rebate.
Rebates are held on EBU membership accounts and will be kept as credits. Credits can be used against competition entries, or to purchase items from our Bridge Shop http://www.ebu.co.uk/bridgeshop/. Alternatively, rebates over £5 can be claimed by monies being transferred directly to a bank account if we are provided with the bank details.
