The annual updates to the Blue Book and White Book have been made by the Laws & Ethics Committee. They are available to download or view now. These regulations apply to all events held on or after 1st August 2016. Summaries of the changes to both books are also available.
A small number of copies of the Blue Book produced in 2015 are available for purchase through the EBU Shop - there will be an insert which covers the changes for 2016. The White Book is not available in a printed form.
The L&E Committee has also produced the next in the set of booklets of EBU Appeals. This covers all the appeals made at major EBU events in 2014, and is now available to download.
