Sally Bugden stands down as board director

We are very sorry to announce that Sally Bugden has resigned as a director of the EBU board due to increased family responsibilities.

Her contribution to the board as Chairman and Vice Chairman before that was very highly regarded and we will miss her contributions, one of which was to be to the Chairman of the charity English Bridge Education and Development (EBED).

We will be looking to appoint several trustees to the charity, English Bridge Education & Development and would welcome an indication of interest from anyone who feels they have suitable skills, experience and time. We particularly need people with experience of:
o Fundraising in the voluntary sector; and/or
o Management experience in the education or sports sector; and/or
o Senior Management experience in industry or charities
These posts are voluntary but expenses will be paid.

Further details about the work of Trustees can be found at: http://www.charitycommission.gov.uk/trustees-staff-and-volunteers/trustee-role/becoming-a-trustee/

To indicate interest, please submit a cv and covering letter explaining why you are interested and what skills and experience you could offer. Suitable candidates will be contacted to discuss next steps. Further information can be obtained from EBED's General Manager, Barry Capal.
