All changes are referenced in this document.
There are a number of changes in the EBU Licensing and Master Points Handbook 2019; notably, the addition of Master Point awards listed for county congress events that replace County One-Day Green Point events. Furthermore, all references to the ‘Tournament Committee’ have been deleted and the information has been updated as necessary. Also note in the appendix, there is now added information about ‘Charges’, ‘Session Definition’, ‘Novice Sessions’ and ‘Annual Exempt Sessions’.
