Entries are now invited for the Lady Milne Trials, which take place 23rd-25th January 2015 in London (venue: Richmond Bridge Club). The exact format and timings will be published once the final entrants are known.
The Lady Milne Trophy is the competition for the Women's Teams of the Home Nations and takes place 17th-19th April 2015 in England (venue: Holiday Inn, Birmingham Airport). As the host nation we will enter two teams; England and EBU.
Two pairs have been exempted from the trials and will form part of the England team:
Jane Moore – Gillian Fawcett
Sarah Teshome – Catherine Jagger.
The winners of the trial will be invited to join the England team. The next three placed pairs will form the EBU team.
The entry fee is £88.00 per player. Please make applications for entry to dawn@ebu.co.uk or on 01296 317219. The closing date for entries 5th January 2015 and all entries are subject to approval by the Selection Committee. Please note that space at the venue is limited, so it may be necessary to reject some applications. If so, a decision will be made immediately after the closing date for applications.
