EBU Event Accommodation Booking Service

In response to popular demand, and awareness that booking hotels is both more expensive and more complex than in the past, the EBU is pleased to offer a Accommodation Booking Service (ABS).

The service is operated by Bridge Overseas, a company with a proven track record in dealing with hotels, both arranging bookings and in dealing with any issues that might arise.

The aim is to provide a comprehensive service that is quick and easy to use which will have some of the best negotiated rates available. The cost of accommodation is one of the most commonly recurring issues amongst the membership, so this is a positive step forward in trying to address the problem.

  • Available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm.
  • Where the venue hotel is the best option there will be an allocation at an advertised tariff.
  • At some locations, where there are multiple options of accommodation, there will be a range of hotels and rates on offer.

This service will take the strain out of finding accommodation and will consign the problems often encountered with remote reservation services to the past, including the new wave of cancellation charges that have become increasingly customer unfriendly in recent times.
