Alan (aka Jim) first played Bridge in 1959 and played in various Clubs in the UK and Argentina. First taught Bridge for the KSA in Kemsing, Kent from 1988 til 1990. Founded the Bridge Club at Kemsing 1987.
Founded St Julians Bridge Club 1986, directed it ever since.
Jim qualified as an EBUTA (now EBTA) teacher in July 2010, since then he has taught Bridge in the Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells Area at Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate Levels.
He is also club tournament director and a long serving Chairman of the Otford Bridge.
Currently he can provide private bridge lessons in his or your own home, either on a one to one basis or small groups for absolute beginners and improver's. He also runs classes for up to 16 beginners at local halls in the Sevenoaks area.
