Hector has acted as Tournament Secretary for Lancashire since its formation when the North West Bridge Association split up in 1987 and acted in that capacity also for the NWBA.
Hector has been responsible for all Lancashire CBA’s competitions during this time and has now stepped down from this position.
Unfortunately Hector was unable to be present at the AGM to receive his award, and it will be presented at the Lancashire CBA AGM in May 2007.
