Bell & Gold win at North American Bridge Championships

Mike Bell and David Gold have won the Open Board-a-Match (Point-a-Board) Teams at the Fall North American Bridge Championships. They were part of the Schwartz team which won one of the main events in the ACBL's congress in San Diego. This continues a run of success in such events for their households, with their respective 'other halves', Sarah Bell and Marusa Basa, having won the Mixed Board-a-Match at the Summer NABC.

Dean Swallow wins November's online competition

The winner of November's Funbridge Ladder Competition is Dean Swallow. Dean's four best scores in our online games in November averaged 64.58%, with Ryan Stephenson second with 63.43% and Dave Simmons third with 63.06%.

These players receive a cash prize, and a copy of the GOTO Bridge software, kindly donated by Funbridge.

A new ladder competition will take place in December. Our games on Funbridge take place each Saturday and Sunday, and there will be an extra game on Boxing Day. As you can play at any time during the day, stopping and restarting as often as necessary, you should be able to fit playing around any festive activities this month. Each game costs just €2, and Master Points can be won.

For more details on playing in our online games on Funbridge, please see this FAQ page.
