Try to organise a junior partnership-making service | |

Find congenial club members who are willing to partner young players, either once or regularly | |
|
Reduce charges for juniors - membership and table money | |
|
Consider reducing table money for adults partnering juniors | |

Start new players off on an Appendix table (contact EBUTA for guidelines for doing this) – allows slower play | |
|
Have special junior competitions and prize(s) – not necessarily just for separate events eg. best junior performance over 4 duplicates, or whatever | |
|
Make sure all club members are aware of club policy with regard to youngsters. Maximum tolerance! | |
|
Have a junior page in club newsletters, on club website. Set up links from other junior bridge websites | |
