Beacon Clubs - Integrating Junior Members

	Try to organise a junior partnership-making service
	Find congenial club members who are willing to partner young players, either once or regularly
	Reduce charges for juniors - membership and table money
	Consider reducing table money for adults partnering juniors
	Start new players off on an Appendix table (contact EBUTA for guidelines for doing this) – allows slower play
	Have special junior competitions and prize(s) – not necessarily just for separate events eg. best junior performance over 4 duplicates, or whatever
	Make sure all club members are aware of club policy with regard to youngsters. Maximum tolerance!
	Have a junior page in club newsletters, on club website. Set up links from other junior bridge websites
