At the AGM this week (Wednesday, 26th November), the EBU recognised various members' contributions to bridge in England. The meeting was held live in York at York Bridge Club. For award winners who were unable to attend, their awards are presented locally.

- Silver Award - given in recognition of long service and an outstanding contribution to the administration of the game of bridge
- Rob Lawy (Devon) (picture)
- David Burn (London) (to be presented at the Year End Congress in December)
- Peter Clinch (Sussex) (to be presented locally)
- Dimmie Fleming Award - recognising a long and valuable contribution to county bridge
- Chris Bickerdike (Cornwall) (picture), John Brearley (Lancashire) (to be presented locally), Eddie Williams (Sussex) (presented locally), Mike Vetch (Worcestershire) (presented locally)
- Young Pair Award - given in recognition of outstanding play by a young pair during the year
- Dido Coley (Worcestershire) & Lily Kearney (Avon) (picture) (presented at the Women’s Teams 29th/30th November)
- Young Player Award - given in recognition of outstanding play during the year
- Andy Cope (Warwickshire) (to be presented at the Year End Congress)
- Joseph Hedges (Surrey) (to be presented at the Year End Congress)
