Our current agreement with our hotel/holiday organiser is due to be renewed early in 2028 and we are willing to consider applications from other travel operators to provide this service, which involves running two holidays abroad for us each year as well as finding hotel accommodation and playing areas for about 6-10 congresses and other events in England.
The intention is that informal expressions of interest would first be made to gordon@ebu.co.uk, which will lead to initial informal discussions, followed by a more formal proposal being presented. Meetings will take place later in the year and the successful company appointed (or re-appointed) at least a year before the new agreement start to take effect, with the agreement to last for five years.
