We are very sad to announce that EBU panel TD Chris Dawe passed away.
Chris was increasingly unwell with lung and heart conditions but he played them down, and whilst less able to travel in recent months, he continued to direct bridge online. But unexpectedly he died on Friday, August 29th, in Frimley Park Hospital.
Chris was well known in the worlds of bridge, board games and dancing, as well as in his local community in Yateley, Hampshire; he will be missed by many.
We extend our sympathy to Chris' family and friends.
