We are sorry to report the sad news of the death of Derek Povah. Derek was awarded the Dimmie Fleming Award in 2011 for his contribution to bridge in Derbyshire. He was a long standing member of the Derbyshire County Bridge Association for many years, playing primarily for Rolls Royce, but also having established Allestree Bridge Club in 1990. Our heartfelt condolences to all his family and friends.
