Some clubs have reported an issue with Bridgemate Control Software (BCS) closing immediately after launching. This has been caused by a recent Windows 11 update and full details can be found in this article.
To fix the issue please download and install version 4.0.97 (or later) of BCS from this page. Then update to the latest versions of EBUScore and ClubScore, the installers for these can be found on the EBU downloads page. Use the club My EBU login details to access the downloads page or club scorers can use their personal My EBU login details.
