The first stage of the European Mixed Trials, to represent England at the 2026 European Team Championship took place last weekend at the East Midlands Bridge Academy. Seven teams took part, with the top four teams qualifying for Stage 2, which will take place at the Young Chelsea Bridge Club, on 23 - 25 Jan 2026.
The top four qualifying teams are:

Diana Nettleton, Tom Paske, Frances Hinden, Graham Osborne, Sally Brock & Simon Cope
Ollie Burgess, Heather Dhondy, Andrew Woodcock & Catherine Draper
