The World Bridge Federation has announced that its new President is Franck Riehm from France. Franck was elected to the WBF Executive Board in August 2022 during the World Bridge Series in Wroclaw and has been President of the French Bridge Federation since 2020. His presidency will run until 31 December 2026, completing the remainder of the late Jan Kamras’s mandate.
The European Bridge League has also announced that Igor Chalupec has been appointed as EBL 1st Vice-President, while remaining its treasurer, and Emmanuelle Monod is now a WBF Delegate, to replace Kari-Anne Opsal in those roles, following her resignation.
