The Lambourne Jersey Congress concluded over the weekend. The Open Championship Pairs was won by Karl Heine & Helga Alisch (pictured), finishing with a score of 65.83%, ahead of Bill Gardner & John Honey with a score of 64.79%.
The Pre-Congress Pairs was won by Tania Purcaru & Liam Brenock, with a score of 62.85%. Karl Heine & Helga Alisch finished in second place, with a score of 57.99%.
The Senior Pairs was won by Steve Bourton & Julia Brough (picture) with a score of 55.24%, and Helga Alisch & Karl Heine finished in second place, with a score of 54.44%.
The Mixed/Open Pairs was won by Daniel McIntosh & Claire Robinson (picture) with a score of 68.13%. In second place were Chris Hill & Jane Knight with a score of 62.43%.
The Multiple Teams was won by Dick Strattan, Julie Kamieniecka, Sheila Curry-Price & Cameron McLatchie (picture) with the team of Denis Talbot, Kathy Talbot, Paul Gibbons & Sharon Bayne finishing in second place.
The Swiss Pairs was won by Robert Law & Susan Law (picture), with 167 VPs. In second place were Helen Rose & James Thrower with 149 VPs.
The Swiss Teams was won by the team of Daniel McIntosh, Claire Robinson, James Thrower & Helen Rose (picture). The team of Carolyn Fisher, Pat Watson, John Hassett & Raymond Semp finished second.
