November Robot Ladder Competitions

November's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.

In the 12-board ladder for November, Liz Clery won the top prize of £30 with an average score of 68.59% over six games. Jon Cooke was second, with 68.50% and Jeremy Baker third with a score of 67.88%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place. This is the new competition which started in September and is run on both Funbridge and BBO, combining the existing BBO day-long individual games with the new 12-board Funbridge games.

In the main November matchpoints ladder, Dominic Connolly finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 65.12%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by David Dawson with an average score of 65.06%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.

In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Russ de Haney finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 6.30, winning £25. The second place prize went to Paul Hawkins with a score of 5.15. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
