
The WBF World Tour is a new competition based on performance in the strongest bridge events around the world. The final took place this week in Memphis Tennessee. It featured 16 pairs who performed outstandingly well in 2024, including British pair Espen Erichsen and Richard Plackett.
Day two, the final day, concluded yesterday. Australia and New Zealand players dominated the podium. The top three places were:
- 1st Place: Sartaj Hans & Andy Hung (Australia) – Jan Kamras Trophy Winners
- 2nd Place: Nabil Edgtton (Australia) & Michael Whibley (New Zealand)
- 3rd Place: Antonio Sementa & Alfredo Versace (Italy)
After a strong performance on day one, Espen and Richard finished in 7th place.
