Our volunteers are vital to enable the EBU to deliver the services it provides and the EBU is now looking for another volunteer to act as a Volunteer Coordinator to provide dedicated support for that team of over sixty valued volunteers.
About the Role:
- Act as the key point of contact for volunteers, to ensure they have a positive experience in working with the EBU.
- Support the implementation of our EBU Volunteer Handbook policies.
- Work closely with mentors and group leaders to address volunteer needs and concerns.
- Ensure the EBU provides a welcoming, positive and inclusive volunteer environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some HR and administrative background.
- Organised, empathetic, and approachable – with good people skills.
- Able to commit up 4 hours per week on average (with flexibility).
