The English Bridge Union is delighted to welcome Nicola Whitworth into a newly created voluntary role, Volunteer Co-Ordinator. This role is designed to strengthen the support we offer to our valued volunteers. As the first point of contact, Nicola will help ensure every volunteer receives a warm welcome, clear guidance and ongoing support throughout their time with the EBU.
A key part of Nicola’s role will be fostering a positive, inclusive experience for all volunteers. She will check in regularly with our volunteers and help ensure they feel listened to, respected and part of the wider EBU community.
We are thrilled to have Nicola supporting this important area of our work and championing the experience of volunteers across the organisation.
