The Winter Midweek Congress took place this week on RealBridge.
The Championship Pairs was won by Rob Lawy & Ian Walsh (pictured) with a score of 55.64%. In second place were Julian Gibson & Denis Murphy with a score of 55.22% and in third place were Pearl Murphy & Val Gibson with 55.62%.
The Swiss Pairs was won by Giles Ip & Alan Oddie (picture) with a score of 114 VPs. In second place with 100 VPs were Peter Aughterson & Flo Baldwin, and in joint third place were three pairs: Gary Hyett & Ros Wolfarth, Andy Fenn & Marion Fenn and Keith Joules & David Beck with 91 VPs.
The Swiss Teams was won by Julian Gibson, Denis Murphy, Pearl Murphy & Val Gibson (picture) with a total of 80 VPs. In second place were Peter Law, Jeremy Willans, Luke Kerr & Matt Brown with a total of 79 VPs and in third place were Giles Ip, Alan Oddie, Steve Green & Roger Bryant with a total of 75 VPs.
