Aidan Saunders

I have been playing Bridge since I was nine years old and now I am thirteen. I live in Oxford with my parents and two cats. My biggest regret is that all my brothers and sister have left home and this prevents there being a bridge four at home.

I go to Summer Fields School and have just been awarded an academic scholarship to Dean Close School in Cheltenham. Fortunately there is Cheltenham Bridge Club close by. I have started a duplicate bridge club at my school (Summer Fields in Oxford) which is now competing in matches against another North Oxford prep school!

When I am not playing Bridge, I ring church bells and have been elected as a member of the Oxford Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers. I also enjoy hockey, sailing, traveling and history having finished in the top section of the schools Townsend-Warner history prize two years in a row!
