Jack is 17 years old and first learnt to play bridge studying at Reading School. Over summer 2016 he formed a very strong partnership with Nathan Galpin and began to take bridge more seriously, beginning lessons with Joan Bennett.
He went on to attend a junior event in Cheltenham, after which he joined the England Under 20 squad under Michael Byrne. He has continued to play locally and at larger tournaments, taking success in the Loughborough JTI, and hopes to be selected to play internationally in the future.
Outside of bridge, he is looking to study Aeronautical Engineering at university next year, while also keeping up his keen side-interest of music of various forms.
