Kim Hudson

I have always been a lover of games and enjoyed playing some more obscure games with my parents from a very young age. When I was about 10 years old my grandparents introduced me to bridge, since then it has become an obsession.

I was introduced to the youth bridge scene at the EBED teach-in in September 2018, and made my England U16 debut at the online North Sea Trophy tournament in December 2018. I then played in the U16 team in the European championships in 2019 where we won the bronze medal. I am now part of the U26 women’s squad and regularly partner with Dido Coley, after we met in the U16 team. We have represented England several times as part of the U26 women’s team and look forward to many more years to come.

When I am not playing bridge my other passions include Hockey, where I have represented Wiltshire, and playing the Oboe in the School senior Orchestra.
