From Bridge International magazine
We were extremely sorry to learn of the death of Lewis Ellison early in November. A fine player, he had represented England in Camrose matches and had won the Masters Pairs, but in later years he had given up the tournament game in favour of rubber bridge. He had many interests outside of bridge. A successful businesman, he still had time for music, philosophy and art - particularly art for he was a keen amateur painter. Our sincere condolences to his wife and daughter.
