If not for a friend who asked me to come along to the university bridge club, I would never have known that bridge existed! I was immediately hooked but my love for (and understanding of) the game only took off when I was lucky enough to partner a member of the USA2 Junior Team while at Stanford. Once student life ended there was sadly little time for bridge, but I am glad that I am now able to play regularly again after a long hiatus away. I am excited to be involved in youth bridge as I would love to see more young people playing and find it greatly rewarding to have a hand in growing the fold!
