100 Deals for 100 Years
- a new series of five 20-board games run online on RealBridge in conjunction with the Super Sunday Special games run by Cumbria on behalf of the EBU.

1 November 1925 was when Harold S. Vanderbilt perfected a new form of the game of Bridge, embodying the Plafond principle but introducing the element of vulnerability and producing a scoring table that corrected the major faults in previous versions of the game. With only minor changes to the scoring table, this is the game we still play today and we are going to mark the centenary of the beginning of this stage of our game with a series of special events on RealBridge, in conjunction with our Super Sunday Special games.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR IN CHARGE: Ken Johnston
The sessions will be held every Sunday and last a little longer than 2 hours, and the players will play 20 boards.
For each event please enter directly via the link below. It helps if you enter within 2 hours of it starting, but can enter a bit later if you contact the director in charge.
Players of all standards are welcome and there will be prizes for those who perform best across the whole 100 deals, including a handicap prize based on NGS, and a prize for the best junior players, so less experienced and younger players have the chance of winning something.

The start time is 7:00 pm. Players must arrange their own partners. The director in charge is Ken Johnston. He can be contacted directly, see below. Each session will be 20 boards.
Players are expected to use video and microphone to play. Contact support@realbridge.online if help is needed. Players alert and explain their partner’s bids just as in face-to-face bridge.

The Super Sunday Special events are run by Cumbria County Bridge Association on behalf of the EBU. You can enter directly with Cumbria CBA or for the special 100 Deals for 100 years events on the first Sunday of each month, you can enter in My EBU.
