This Year End congress will be held between Christmas and New Year over four days.
The Swiss Teams and Swiss Pairs are both stratified events.

Special Entry Fees for EBU members with 2 Green Points or fewer to their name at the time of entry.
Special Group Offers for Clubs: Clubs can contact comps@ebu.co.uk to enter the Mixed/Open Pairs a minimum of four players at the same time, they can bring up to as many players again free.
The Swiss Pairs is part of the Pairs Player of the Year Award.

Full payment must be made at the time of entering. Those who play in an event without having entered and paid beforehand will be subject to an additional financial penalty of £20.

Master Points
All of the congress events are fully Green Pointed, with the exception of the 9-High event online, which is Blue Pointed.
Agreements
Level 4 agreements are permitted in all of the main congress events. Level 2 agreements are permitted in the Jack High Swiss Pairs.

Car parking
Novotel London West provides an impressive 240 on-site car parking spaces. Parking for overnight residents is charged at £40.00 per day. For non-residents, parking is charged at £5.00 per hour during peak hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm) and £4.00 per hour during off-peak hours (Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–8:00am) and throughout weekends.
All parking facilities are secure and under cover for your convenience and peace of mind.
